With an MSc in Business Management from Manchester Metropolitan University, and 20 years’ management and administration experience, I bring a high level of expertise which supports the smooth running of the organisation.
I joined After Adoption in 2009. Initially I was heavily involved in restructuring the policies and procedures for the organisation, as well as providing administration guidance and support across all the regional offices. Since 2011 I have provided compliance recording, monitoring and training across the agency, which has been developed to underpin and support the service functions of the agency, placing quality and best practice at the forefront of everything we do. I also sit on the Health and Safety and the ICT Committees, advising on practice and policy.
