After Adoption: Helping everyone affected by adoption
After Adoption has teamed up with Mark Dent of Hanging Ditch to bring you a series of Taste events, designed to be an exploration of the senses. Mark is a full panel judge at the International Wine Challenge, certified sommelier & member of the Canadian Sommelier Guild.
Taste events will enable guests to sample an array of fine wines and champagnes in fabulous surroundings. Alongside every wine served will be a delicious item of food that has been carefully selected to complement the drink. From smoked salmon and king prawns to freshly prepared basil pesto, ripe strawberries and crumbling Lancashire cheese, guests will explore the meaning of Taste and are guided through how to perceive the different flavours and textures of the exquisite food & wine served.
