Sharon Nolan, Service Manager North West 3
Sharon qualified as a Social Worker in 1999. She spent 2 years co-ordinating a family support service and joined After Adoption in September 2001. She currently manages the NW3 team based in Lancashire, managing post adoption support services to six local authorities. She also has responsibility for the national development of the SafeBase Parenting Programme which her team first established as a model for working with adoptive families in 2005.
