Introducing Jasmine

Jasmine is a ‘bubbly and outgoing’ 2-year-old girl.

She enjoys interacting with adults and other children and is very inquisitive; she really loves exploring new environments. She likes playing outdoors, taking her dolls out in their buggy and having stories read to her.

Jasmine has global developmental delay and is generally slower in reaching her developmental milestones. This is most evident in terms of her speech, but Jasmine regularly sees a speech therapist and is making positive progress. Her needs are significant but not profound and it is thought that she will enter mainstream education.

After thriving in her foster placement, Jasmine now needs a forever family that will continue to understand her needs and help her to develop her communication skills. She requires a patient and dedicated family that can provide a loving and stable home.

A family who have older children would be beneficial to her social development.

Jasmine is of Czech and Asian origin and needs a family that is culturally sensitive to this.
