Tom needs a family

My name is Tom (not his actual name) and I am eight years old. My dream is to be part of a new family I can be with forever.

My dream new family will be helpful, kind and fun.

I am fun to be with and really good at football. I love to ride my bike but the best thing is climbing trees.  Sometimes I can be a little clumsy but who doesn’t spill a drink now and again? I love my playstation but best of all is snuggles.

My favourite foods are cake and cucumber sandwiches. I don’t have them at the same time though. I like to eat pizza, fish and chips and chocolate especially when watching cartoons.

I like shopping too, especially if I can look at nice trousers, shirts and trainers.

I haven't always had the best care so you need to know I might not trust you at first. At times I am sad about the things that have happened to me so I need a family who will understand and accept me for who I am and give me lots of love. I also need you to help me to stay in contact with the people I care about and who care about me.

Can you help me through the good times and the bad? Help me make friends and really love me? Can you help me learn to grow into a happy and secure young man? If so, my social worker would love to hear from you because I really want my dream to come true this year.
