The Role

After Adoption is looking for a self-motivated and highly organised individual to join our team based at our Liverpool Office. We are seeking someone who is committed to setting high standards and has pride in the delivery of their work. Do you want to contribute to provide services for an outstanding agency?

With GCSEs including English and Maths, you will have previous office experience including using Microsoft packages. You will also have experience in maintaining and developing administrative systems – both electronic and paper filing systems along with good communication skills and the confidence to deal directly with the public.

You will primarily be responsible for:- processing the statutory checks and references for the adoption applications, liaising with Local Authority personnel, statutory and non-statutory organisation, providing administrative support to staff,  organising relevant documentation, raising and processing invoices,  and meticulously recording the details of often highly complex and confidential meetings.
